Focusing your eating habits on eating less carbs may help you lose more fat.
Bucking decades of diet advice, a recent study pitted low carb diets against low fat diets. It found that in people eating similar amounts of calories, those who were eating a low carb diet did better than those eating a low fat diet. The group eating a low carb diet lost more weight and decreased their risk of heart disease.
