1. Chop fresh Strawberries and add to bowl.

2. Chop Banana(s) and add to bowl. 

3. Add Berries of Choice: Blackberries. Blueberries & Raspberries.

 4. Add No/Low fat Greek Yogurt

5. Mix & Enjoy.

Change it up!

Add  Granola or other fruits like Grapes or Oranges for more variety!
