Spicy Sriracha Guacomole

If you want to #EatHealthy you’ve got to #SnackHealthy. 

That 3 O’Clock craving is a tough one to over come - but maybe you shouldn’t fight it. After all your body needs the nutrients so let’s give it the right ones. 

Try this Delicious Sriracha Guacamole with Celery, Green Peppers and Broccoli for dipping. 

Here is what you need. 

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/8th Onion
  • Two Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 Tomato
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce

Prep:

  1. Dice Tomato, Onion and garlic. Mix together
  2. Cut and Peel Avocado. Crush avocado. I like a few small chunks of Avocado.
  3. Add diced vegetables to Crushed Avocado and mix with a fork. 
  4. Add spices: Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin. Continue to mix. 
  5. Squeeze half a lime. Mix. 
  6. Add Sriracha (as much or as little as you like)
  7. Chop Broccoli, Celery and Green pepper in to large pieces for dipping. 
  8. Enjoy!!!


Tips for Personal Perfection

Guacamole is great because you can taste it as you go and get it just how you like it. Add more spices or diced vegetables to get it just where you want it. Go easy on the Sriracha - you can always add more if you want more spice.
