TOAST - Whole grain bread is  the #HeartHealthy way to go. Toast your whole wheat bread to your preference - light, medium or dark. 

OLIVE OIL - Use it instead of butter for a more wholesome meal. 

EGG - Cook it how you like. Sunny side up with a olive oil. BOILED, POACHED or even STEAMED

AVOCADO -Cut around the avocado keeping the knife in contact with the pit. Once you free it from it's shell, SLICE it into cubes. SCOOP into a bowl. SMASH with a fork. SPREAD on your toast. SPICE with a little Chili powder for some extra kick. 

VOILA - Place your egg on top of the AVOCADO TOAST. Add a little pepper (skip the salt to help #ControlBloodPressure). 

What you need:

1 Piece of Whole Wheat Bread

1/2 Avocado

1 Egg

Olive Oil

Spice, Pepper and Chili Powder
